I've become a pretty big fan of the Minimalist Baker blog. So far, not a single one of her vegan recipes has been a dud. And this bread is no exception.
Since I work from home a few days a week, it's pretty easy for me to start this after I finish my morning coffee and slice it by dinner. Literally, one bowl and about ten minutes of attention.
